Each collection in Keymate comes with a unique email address. Forwarding emails to that address stores the content as text in that collection. While attachments aren’t yet supported, this is ideal for logging newsletters, meeting summaries, or research threads.

Security & Privacy​

Security is a cornerstone of Keymate’s design.

Data Privacy:

  • Your Keymate memory is private by default.
  • We do not use your data to train AI.
  • Only you (or your team, if enabled) have access to your data.

Infrastructure & Storage:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
  • We store embeddings in Weaviate, a secure, enterprise-grade vector database hosted on AWS with SOC2 Type II compliance.
  • Knowledge base files are hosted on AWS infrastructure with Amazon EBS encryption and KMS access controls.
