How do collections and sources work?​

  • A source is an individual item (PDF, note, link)

  • Collections are the primary way you organize your memory

Yes! You can search within a specific collection or across all your memory using natural language or keywords. Answers include citations from your uploaded content.

How does the Chrome Extension work?​

The Keymate Chrome Extension lets you:

  • Save pages or snippets directly to your memory
  • Access content on authorization required pages

How do I use Keymate in ChatGPT?​

Start using the Keymate GPT in the GPT store. You’ll be able to:

Is my content private?​

Yes. Your data is:

💬 Support & Troubleshooting​

I can’t find my uploaded file — what should I do?​
