📬 Collection Email Ingestion: Turn Your Inbox into a Knowledge Stream

What It Does

• Every collection in Keymate has its own unique email address
• Forward content (e.g. newsletters, client notes, research) directly to that address
• Emails are parsed and added to your collection as a new source

How It Works (Step-by-Step)

1. Go to the collection where you'd like emails to be stored
2. Click the envelope icon labeled "Get Collection Email" in the upper right corner of the collection header
3. A modal will appear showing the unique email address for this collection
4. Copy the address using the copy icon
5. Forward any email to this address — the body of the message will appear as a source in the collection
