π§ Keymate Memory
Keymate Memory is your personal knowledge store β a searchable, persistent space where you can save key documents, chat responses, links, notes, and more for future use. It powers everything from smarter searches to contextual GPT interactions.
π¬ Is every ChatGPT conversation stored in my Keymate Memory?β
No β not every conversation is automatically stored in your Keymate Memory.
By design, you choose what gets saved. This helps you keep your memory clean, relevant, and intentional.
How does saving work?β
- Use /save in the Keymate GPT (inside ChatGPT) to store specific content
- Add links, files, or notes via the Keymate Web App, Chrome Extension, or Email Ingestion
- Automate storage with Make.com for consistent workflows
Keymate GPT can sometimes detect saving intent from your phrasing β but to guarantee content is saved, use explicit memory commands like /save
, or manually add content in the app.
π§ What is Long Term Memory?β
Long Term Memory (also called your Personal Memory, Knowledge Base, or Information Store) refers to the persistent storage layer within Keymate.
Unlike temporary context in a single AI session, Keymate Memory holds onto data until you choose to remove it. Itβs what makes Keymate feel intelligent and aware of your work, research, or ongoing conversations.
Benefits of Long Term Memory:β
- Store key decisions, strategies, facts, and documents permanently
- Recall information instantly using search or GPT prompts
- Build a second brain for your personal or business knowledge
- Power intelligent agents and automations using Make.com and Keymate integrations
π§ͺ Example Use Casesβ
- Save notes from a client call using
/save summary of client discussion
- Collect all articles on a topic in one collection using the Chrome Extension
- Automate research intake by scraping URLs or ingesting newsletters
- Train a GPT to respond with context from your company documentation
