❌ Does a Failed Request Consume My Quota?
Short answer: No.
Failed requests in Keymate do not consume your credits.
Common Reasons for Failed Requests
- Malformed prompts or unsupported formatting
- Invalid or broken links in your request
- Timeout or browser errors during browsing attempts
- Plugin-related issues (if using the legacy plugin)
Even if the system attempted to process the request, if it results in an error or does not return data, credits will not be deducted from your monthly quota.
🧾 Why Am I Seeing a "Free Quota Limit" Warning When I'm a Paid Subscriber?
This happens when your Keymate plugin session is linked to a different account than the one with your paid subscription.

Why This Happens
If you:
- Signed up for Keymate with one method (e.g. Google)
- But logged into the plugin using a different method (e.g. Email)
...then Keymate will treat you as a free user inside the plugin—even if you're subscribed.

- Log in again using the same method and account tied to your subscription
- Double-check that you're on the right plan via the Keymate Plan Page
